Contact
One address, read by a person
There is no contact form here — a form would mean storing your message somewhere, and this site does not keep a database. Email reaches me directly.
What is worth writing about
- Corrections. A fee that has changed, an opening time that is wrong, a route that no longer runs, a link that has died. These are the most useful emails the site gets, and they are fixed quickly.
- Sources. If you know an official page that covers something a guide handles thinly, send it — particularly for the parks where rules change by season.
- Photo licensing. Every photograph is credited with its photographer and licence. If you believe an image is misattributed or used outside its licence, say which page and which image, and it will be corrected or removed.
- Destination requests. The seven wonders are covered; other destinations may follow. Say which one and why it is hard to plan — that is more useful than a name on its own.
What I cannot help with
Bookings, refunds, visa decisions and anything urgent while you are travelling. Those belong to the operator, the embassy or the park authority — the guides link the official contact for each. I have no access to any booking system and cannot intervene in one.
If something has gone wrong on a trip — a missed connection, a closed site, a medical problem — contact the operator or your embassy first. This site is a planning reference, not a help desk.
What happens to your email
It arrives in a normal mailbox and stays there. It is not added to a mailing list, because there is no mailing list, and it is not shared. See privacy for the full picture.
